Job Order Contracting (JOC) can be provide agencies with multiple benefits including speed, nimbleness, cost efficiency, and less administrative burden. Recently, there has been a proliferation of JOCs because these benefits. With prolifieration inevitable comes bad habits. In this session, the presenter will delve into JOC, how a JOC program is established, the things that make JOC successful and key takeaways and real life experiences from the JOC programs she has managed for the last five plus years.
